This report identifies:
Vehicle use for personal trips on the weekends (Sat and Sun)
The report includes:
- Driver (vehicle) name
- Zone name – any geographic defined area, which in this case is identified as the employee’s home property
- Date and Time entering and exiting zone
- Duration – time spent in zone
- Distance traveled outside of zone during weekend. The attached report shows:
- one driver drove 148km for personal use on one weekend
- one driver drove 205km for personal use on one weekend
Automatic creation and automatic emailing of the reports:
Like all the Geotab reports, you can run the report manually at your leisure, or we can help you setup automatic creation and automatic emailing of the report. Many of our clients choose to setup reports this way to automatically receive them, and they don’t have to lift a finger. You can choose to have the report sent to any email address(es) of your choosing, so that the reports do not flood your main email address. For example you can setup a free email address and have all the reports sent there automatically and then login to the email address whenever you wish to view a specific dated report. Ie. you can choose to setup an email address such as:
